Your new company
A busy Special Needs School based in Sandwell Birmingham is looking for a School Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. The role is a long term, ongoing temporary role.
Your new role
The role will be providing direct administration support to the school office. This will entail updating documents on word and producing graphs on excel. The role will also include typing up letters dealing with parent queries, which will require high levels of customer service as well as other ad hoc admin duties. Therefore you must hold strong IT skills.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
