Your new role

You will join as a Hands‑on Solution Architect specialising in streaming technologies and operational data platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing, building, and validating end‑to‑end solutions, not just providing architectural oversight.
Leading PoCs, prototypes, technical spikes, and solution demos.
Working across conceptual architecture, low‑level design, and implementation guidance.
Supporting architecture governance through reviews, standards compliance, and submissions to approval boards.
Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, cross‑functional partners, and engineering teams.
Operating autonomously while ensuring alignment and architectural integrity across teams.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong hands‑on expertise in Kafka / Confluent Kafka, MongoDB, AWS, APIs, and Operational Data Stores (ODS).
The ability to contribute with immediate productivity — prior experience delivering streaming and ODS solutions is essential.
Capability to switch seamlessly between high-level architecture and low-level design/implementation.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to manage expectations, justify design decisions, and drive alignment across multiple teams.
