SEN Teaching Assistant SEMH for Solihull
We are working on behalf of an SEN school who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to start immediately and support in the classroom till the end of this term.

- The school is located in Solihull and works with children who can’t remain in mainstream due to social, emotional and mental health challenges (SEMH)
- The role will be based working in a classroom with KS4 level pupils
- The role entails supporting children both academically and with their behaviour during the school day
- The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with challenging behaviour and SEMH
- You will be able to demonstrate the key competencies of working with children with SEMH and also de-escalation techniques
- Hays Education will be able to obtain recent satisfactory references that reflect this experience
