Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead the Global Content Delivery team. Ideally, having previous experience of working in Financial Services.

This is a “Player/Coach” role, where you will both lead and contribute hands-on to the overall success of the team.

The Software Development Manager will be responsible for transforming and optimising the delivery of software applications and data solutions,
leading a highly motivated team to build innovative, scalable, and resilient software and data solutions that empower the organisation.

  • Manage partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT to develop and promote content delivery data solutions.
  • Translates stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
  • As a player coach, you will impact the product, architecture, software design and engineering. With a focus on intuitive front-end creation, robust backend
    Frameworks and strong data design
  • Lead, a globally dispersed team
  • Experience with AWS, Databricks, DBT, PySpark, React, JavaScript Terraform.
  • Experience with AI/ML/Gen AI/LLM
