Software Developer – Full Stack

Location: Ballymena (4 days on-site) Type: Full-time

About the Company
Join a fast-growing tech company based in Ballymena that’s making waves with smart, user-focused software solutions. Think: a collaborative team, a modern workspace, and a culture that celebrates creativity, curiosity, and initiative. This is the kind of place where developers are encouraged to experiment, build, and bring ideas to life — not just during work hours, but beyond.

The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Software Developer who thrives on solving problems and building great software. Whether your background is in .NET, Java, PHP, or JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue, what matters most is your drive — especially if you’re someone who codes for fun, builds apps in your spare time, or is always tinkering with new tech.

What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills (.NET, Java, PHP, or similar)
  • Proficiency in modern frontend development (JavaScript/TypeScript) and frameworks like React or Vue
  • Exposure to CRM platforms is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Comfortable with Git and Agile methodologies
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for software development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
What You’ll Love
  • A team that values initiative and creativity
  • A culture that supports side projects and continuous learning
  • Four days per week on-site in a collaborative, modern office
  • The chance to shape products that make a real impact
