Your new role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager to join our Children We Care For Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a stable, dedicated team and make a tangible impact on the lives of children and families in Solihull.
You will be able to: - Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers.
- Ensure robust care planning and high-quality support for children and young people.
- Drive operational developments and collaborate with partners to improve services.
- Promote a learning culture where your team can thrive and deliver positive outcomes.
- Maintain manageable caseloads to ensure quality and impact.
What you'll need to succeed
- Have a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/B.Sc. in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW)
- Social Work England registration
- 3 years post-qualifying experience.
- Previous experience working within Social Work services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
