Your New Company
A globally recognised, culturally driven lifestyle brand at the forefront of sneaker care and streetwear innovation. Known for pushing creative boundaries and shaping digital culture, the business operates at the intersection of fashion, content, and community. With a strong global presence and an award-winning creative team, they are looking for a Social Media Manager to help define the next phase of their growth.

Your New Role
As Social Media Manager, you will lead the global social media strategy, driving content direction, audience growth, and brand engagement across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.

You will take ownership of the full social ecosystem, from planning and content creation through to performance analysis and optimisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure social activity aligns with wider business and commercial objectives.

You will manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing creative direction and ensuring all output is high-quality, on-brand, and culturally relevant. You will also lead influencer and ambassador partnerships, overseeing campaign execution, negotiating collaborations, and tracking ROI.

This is a highly visible role where you will combine creativity and strategy to build a distinctive, social-first brand presence. You’ll identify trends, lead innovative campaigns, and play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up globally.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media, digital marketing, or content leadership roles
  • Strong track record of growing social channels and driving engagement
  • Experience managing content creators or creative teams
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and performance metrics
  • Strong awareness of digital culture, global trends, and emerging platforms
  • Experience developing and executing influencer and partnership campaigns
  • Creative mindset with the ability to lead content ideation and storytelling
  • Data-driven approach with experience analysing performance and optimising strategy
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

What You Will Get in Return
  • The opportunity to shape the social presence of a globally recognised brand
  • A highly creative, collaborative working environment
  • Exposure to high-profile influencer and brand partnerships
  • The chance to lead innovative campaigns that drive global cultural impact
  • Career progression within a fast-growing, forward-thinking business
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
