Social Media Content Creator - Footwear - £36k - West London (5 days onsite)
Your new company
This organisation is a leading innovator in premium sneaker care and protection products. It specialises in creating solutions that help maintain footwear in pristine condition. Its products are widely available through major retailers and online platforms, and the brand is often associated with quality, reliability, and trend-conscious design. The company continues to expand its portfolio and partnerships, reinforcing its position as a trusted name in the footwear care industry.
Your new role
They are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging, high-impact content across their organic social platforms. In this role, you will help shape the brand’s visual identity and storytelling online, collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager and wider creative team to bring campaigns to life. From planning and shooting to editing and publishing, you will be hands-on throughout the production process, ensuring content resonates with their audience and performs across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
What you'll need to succeed
They are looking for a highly skilled content creator with at least three years of experience in social media storytelling within lifestyle, fashion, or youth culture brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing short-form video and still content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You should be confident in leading creative direction and executing content across multiple formats, with hands-on expertise in filming using DSLR and mobile setups, as well as a solid understanding of lighting, framing, and dynamic shooting techniques.
Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software is essential, along with experience collaborating with influencers, talent, and creators in both studio and real-world environments. A deep cultural awareness of sneaker, streetwear, and youth lifestyle trends is key, paired with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
What you'll get in return
They offer a competitive salary alongside performance-based bonuses tied to KPI achievements, ensuring your contributions are recognised and rewarded. You’ll enjoy 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays) and access to a comprehensive benefits package, including Vitality Health Insurance, a pension scheme with company contributions, and private healthcare opportunities. Their employee perks also include staff discounts and monthly sneaker cleans, adding extra value to your experience.
Beyond benefits, this role provides the chance to grow within a rapidly expanding and innovative company. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with a passionate marketing team where your ideas truly matter, contributing to exciting, high-impact projects that push the boundaries of digital in the sneaker care space. This is an opportunity to combine career development with a dynamic work culture that values creativity and innovation.
