Investment & Planning officer required to support leading housing association in Leith (2 months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a housing professional to join a leading housing association based in Edinburgh.


Job Title:
Investment & Planning Officer (Term - 2-3 Months)
Location:
Leith, Edinburgh (5 Days in office)
Join a well‑established housing association based in Leith. We are seeking an
Investment & Planning Officer
to join us on a
2‑month fixed‑term contract.
You'll support the delivery of our asset investment and business planning activities, helping to analyse data, develop plans, and ensure investment programmes align with strategic priorities.


Key responsibilities:
  • Support asset investment and stock condition programmes
  • Assist with business planning and financial modelling
  • Analyse performance and investment data
  • Work collaboratively with finance, asset management, and development teams
About you:
  • Experience in investment planning, asset management, or a similar role (housing or public sector preferred)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and financial information
  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment
