Location: Bournemouth (with occasional travel to London and Europe)
Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 DOE

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking creative agency, is seeking a talented Social Content & Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and client service.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping social content strategies and managing key client relationships. They’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, while collaborating closely with internal creative, motion, and performance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day client communications, ensuring smooth project delivery and measurable impact.
- Develop and oversee social content calendars and campaigns aligned to client objectives.
- Write and brief content across multiple platforms, with a focus on B2B storytelling.
- Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future content.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and add strategic value.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure work is delivered on-brand and on-brief.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years’ experience in social content or account management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and emerging B2B platforms.
- Excellent writing, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident communicator with a creative mindset and commercial awareness.
- Able to work at pace without compromising on quality.
