Looking for Smoke Extraction Servicing & Maintenance Engineer

Your new role

Perform routine maintenance and servicing of smoke extraction systems and extract fans. Diagnose and repair faults in smoke extraction systems, Fire Dampers and extract fans

What you'll need to succeed

Good understanding of standards and regulations relating to fire dampers and smoke extract systems covering BS9999 / BS9991 and HVAC knowledge
Maintain smoke extraction systems and extract fans to ensure they operate reliably and efficiently.
Strong technical knowledge of systems, fire alarms and interfaces, including system operations
Perform timely maintenance and repairs to minimise system downtime and disruptions.
Provide technical expertise and support clients to ensure their needs are met and understanding of their duties under such requirements is clear.
Stay updated with industry
Advancements and implement best practices to improve system performance and maintenance processes
