Site Manager for heritage site

Your new role
In this role, you will be in charge of running an internal and external re-furb / fit-out site taking place in a heritage building. The contract will last 3–6 months. Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Oversee all day-to-day construction activities on the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the client's specifications.
- Communicate regularly with the project manager, architects, engineers, and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate on solutions to any issues that arise.
- Monitor inventory and materials, placing orders as needed to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
- Working on a prestigious heritage site and guiding the joinery teams when needed.
- Opportunity for other sites to come online during the length.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience running a successful site.
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Managers card), Fire Warden.
A joinery background is a plus.
Well presented and clear communication to handle client / customer / design team meetings.
