Your new role
Starting mid-November and running until the end of March, you will be responsible for managing site operations related to vegetation clearance. This includes coordinating sub-contractor teams, ensuring safety compliance, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders, and maintaining progress against schedule. The role requires strong leadership and organisational skills to manage a busy roadside environment safely and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in site management, ideally highways or environmental works.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in roadside or high-risk environments.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure work is delivered to specification and on time.
- SMSTS or equivalent site management qualification preferred.
- CSCS Required.
- First Aid.
