Site Manager Job – New build Housing Project - £60,000 - £70,000 Salary – 15-Month Contract

You’ll be joining a reputable construction firm delivering high-quality residential projects across the region. This particular development consists of 62 affordable housing units, starting in January, with a 15-month contract duration.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, maintaining health and safety compliance, coordinating schedules, and reporting progress to senior management.
