Residential Site Manager for Norwich-based developer

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-end residential development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments, ideally high-spec or bespoke housing.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and building regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to excellence.
