Your new role

I am seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in the Morecambe area. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all site activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Monitor progress and report regularly to the project team.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
