Your new role
Your new role will consist of overseeing the multi trade teams on site:
- Oversee the day-to-day construction activities of multiple trades on site carrying out a refurbishment on a Central Edinburgh location.
- External stonework, roofing, lightning protection refurbishment works
- Coordinate and supervise the construction teams working on the project, managing their schedules and ensuring seamless collaboration
- Monitor inventory and materials, placing orders as needed to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
- Weekly site meetings to update the Project Managers/Clients/Stakeholders on work progress.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and document progress to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Presentable and clear communicator.
