Your new role
As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include:
- Leading site operations and supervising subcontractors
- Driving health & safety compliance and quality assurance
- Managing schedules, resources, and reporting progress
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Problem-solving and ensuring smooth project delivery
This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to work on prestigious projects across the province.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction (residential or commercial)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management best practices
- CSR Gold Card or equivalent site management qualification
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
- Flexibility to travel
