Your new role

As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across multiple active construction sites. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks
  • Conducting inspections and audits to maintain workmanship and regulatory standards
  • Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues swiftly
  • Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures across sites
  • Supporting health & safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
This is a mobile role requiring flexibility to travel between sites and a proactive approach to managing quality across diverse environments.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, with a strong focus on quality assurance
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities
  • Relevant qualifications in construction or site management
