Your new role

As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of high-spec interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to drive performance and uphold the company's standards of excellence will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily site operations and manage project delivery
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Monitor progress against programme and resolve on-site issues proactively
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure workmanship meets company standards


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong background in site management within the fit-out or construction industry, along with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out or construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
  • Full UK driving licence
