Site Engineer - Highways - Drainage - Tier 1 Contractor - Contract - Civils
Your new company
You will be working for a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor with a strong presence in the UK infrastructure sector. The company is currently delivering a live highways project in Birmingham and is known for its high standards of safety, quality, and project delivery.
Your new role
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day engineering operations on a highways scheme. Duties will include setting out, maintaining QA and built records, liaising with site management and subcontractors, and ensuring works are carried out in line with specifications and health and safety requirements. The role is for an immediate start and will run for approximately 6 weeks.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Engineer on highways projects
A valid Confined Spaces ticket (essential)
Strong setting out and surveying skills
Sound understanding of health and safety procedures
CSCS card
