Site Engineer

Your new company
You’ll be joining a leading civil engineering contractor delivering key infrastructure upgrades across the UK water sector. With multiple sites across the North West, they’re actively delivering projects under the AMP8 programme, focused on improving water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Your new role
As Site Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in setting out, quality assurance, and supporting the delivery of civil works on AMP8 schemes. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure technical accuracy, safety compliance, and timely progress. Projects include reinforced concrete structures, drainage, pipelines, and MEICA coordination.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience on water or wastewater civils projects (AMP frameworks preferred)
  • Proficiency in setting out using Leica or Trimble equipment
  • Strong understanding of RAMS, temporary works, and QA procedures
  • CSCS card and First Aid desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with site teams and subcontractors
