Site Advisor – Modular Structures & Civil Installations
Location: UK-wide travel (Office base flexible)
Salary: Competitive + Travel Expenses + PPE Provided

You’ll be joining a specialist provider of modular bridge and structural solutions, delivering both rental and purchased installations across the UK. The company is known for its technical expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to safety and quality in complex civil engineering environments.

Your new role

As Site Advisor, you’ll oversee the installation and removal of modular structures on client sites nationwide. Acting as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure all site-based work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, preparing safety documentation, coordinating logistics, supervising subcontractors, and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on track.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing installation teams in the UK construction industry.
  • Strong background in structural steel and civil engineering installations.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Supervisor level), and knowledge of CDM 2015 and Temporary Works procedures.
  • Ability to draft and interpret RAMS, site plans, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and abroad.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
