Temporary Reception/Site Administrator - Newark

Are you a highly organised and professional administrator or receptionist seeking a short-term assignment?

Hays are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to fill a temporary Reception/Site Administration role in Newark.

Location: Newark
Duration: October 14th – October 31st (exclusive of weekends)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Your Role:
You will be the welcoming face and administrative hub of the site, responsible for:
  • Front of House Duties: Managing the reception area, greeting all visitors and contractors, and ensuring sign-in procedures are followed.
  • Administrative Support: Answering and directing incoming phone calls, managing mail and deliveries, and handling general office tasks.
  • Site Support: Assisting the site team with basic data entry, filing, and managing documentation as required.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or office support role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to new environments.
