My client is seeking a highly organised, collaborative, and flexible individual to join their team as a Receptionist / Sales Administrator.


Your new role

  • Manage inbound and outbound email/phone enquiries, directing customers to the appropriate teams.
  • First point of contact
  • Maintain accurate records for parts, service, and sales, ensuring timely updates.
  • Scan and upload documents into the company system for the sales team and customers.
  • Process customer documents
  • Collaborate with the sales team to keep sales diaries accurate and up-to-date.
