Your new role

• To liaise and build relationships with all appropriate local authorities and other local bodies, to include City Centre Initiative, Inner City Trust and other neighbourhood forums, ensuring that the centre forms an integral part of the local community.
• Liaise with all Tenants encouraging them to effectively and efficiently carry out their business and, wherever possible, integrate their marketing with that of the Centre.
• To conduct a Tenants forum and maintain monthly meetings.
• Meet with Tenants area managers on a regular basis in order to understand;
• Performance of their store in regional/national context
• How the Centre can help improve performance in any way.
• Undertake regular meetings with store managers in order to obtain trading data and feedback on their performance from a local level.
• Communicate with the Property Manager and Asset Manager on local issues affecting the Centre.
• Assist with the implementation of the Clients Asset Management strategy.
• To lead the on-site team ensuring satisfactory performance of their duties in accordance with their job descriptions, taking responsibility for their motivation and development.

• Understanding of trading data
• Media relations
• Modern marketing and social media
• Asset management strategies
• Compliance with statutory legislation for building maintenance and health & safety
• Service charge, budget and service contracts
• Management and development of staff
• Chairing meetings and forums
• Cleaning standards
