Your new role

Initially a 3 month contract but with potential to extend. As Shift Operations Manager on the Backshift (2pm - 10pm Sunday to Thursday), you will support site leadership with team management, shift planning, monitoring KPIs through the shift, and driving the actions on a fast moving and busy shift. This site is all about effectively working to processes that are proven to deliver volume and pace, with high levels of customer service.

What you'll need to succeed

You will already be familiar with fast-moving Parcel hub operations (Warehouse side, rather than Transport), or similar fast-moving Distribution Centres (eg Retail / E-commerce DCs), and will be proven in your ability to motivate and support a team to ensure shift KPIs are met. You will bring positivity and focus to the operation, maintain Health & Safety and compliance standards, and contribute to budget and shift planning through the busy peak period.
