Your new role
Working a continental shift pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off and then 3 nights on and three nights off, you join a large and well-structured team in maintaining the production lines and processing equipment on a preventative and reactive basis. With large investment comes exposure to projects, installations and upgrades also. The team have a huge focus on 'right first time', so taking time to fix things correctly will be a really important approach.
What you'll need to succeed
Time served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical maintenance and experience within a manufacturing or production-based environment or transferable sector.
What you'll get in return
Salary of £54400 plus overtime paid at enhanced rates and annual pay review. An opportunity to earn overtime is available. Increased pension contribution and holiday allowance.
