Your new company

You will be joining an established Tier 1 contractor working on a major water framework in the Midlands region. This multi-accredited company has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join their team.

Your new role

As SHE Advisor you will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing consistent and accurate SHE advice to employees, producing SHE statistics on a monthly basis, providing support on SHE issues, producing and communicating safety alerts in the event of an incident as well as creating, maintaining and improving SHE standards.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will ideally have at least 3 years’ SHE-related experience in the Civil Engineering industry and have a strong passion for SHE. You will also hold a CSCS card, NEBOSH certificate (or equivalent) and be able to liaise with staff and operatives at all levels. Finally, you will be proficient with Microsoft Office packages and be able to work as part of a team and independently.
