We are seeking a proactive and skilled Service Manager to lead and develop vital services supporting families affected by a loved one’s alcohol or drug use. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established Glasgow-based charity and play a key role in shaping the future of family support in the addiction recovery sector.

Your new role

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Manage and support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
  • Oversee financial controls and manage budgets
  • Develop strategic partnerships with commissioners, health and social care stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports for funders and the Board, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Promote resilience and wellbeing among families through tailored support services.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in service management, ideally within the voluntary sector.
  • Strong understanding of the impact of addiction on families.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial oversight and reporting.
