Service Manager – (Travelling Communities)

Location - Wiltshire & B&NES

[Expectation to spend one day per week based at
Rosewell Court Bath office, the remainder of the time in Wiltshire at either Chippenham or Devizes office]

£23,002.40 per year [fte. £28,753]

Participation in an on-call, out-of-hours rota
·

Valid driving licence and access to vehicle, business insurance required

Responsibilities:

Provide operational management and staff line management, including setting targets, monitoring and addressing any performance issues
·

Ensure clients are provided with a high-quality, person-centred service
·

Establish positive working relationships with external agencies

Requirements:
·

Understanding of the impact of social exclusion and inequalities
·

Proven knowledge and understanding of the specific challenges facing travelling communities
