Your new role

As a Service Improvement Officer, you will work closely with operational managers and teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing improvement plans, supporting staff, and ensuring adherence to organisational policies and legal requirements. You will act as a vital link between services and the quality team, proactively addressing concerns and highlighting best practices.


What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

A proven background in managing high-quality services or support management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good planning skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
Collaboration skills and a calm, measured approach.
Experience with quality monitoring systems, both written and online.
Proficiency in IT, including Office 365.
