Service Desk Analyst - initial 3 month contract - £inside IR35 - Fully Onsite (London)

The role delivers high‑quality assistance across hardware, software, and modern workplace tools via phone, email, in‑person support, and remote access.This position is customer‑focused, proactive, and central to ensuring a seamless IT experience for all users.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Helpdesk (telephone support) experience.
- Experience of using call logging software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 11.
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation).
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
