Your new company
Service Desk Analyst is required on a permanent basis to join a reputable and growing public sector organisation based in Leeds to provide 1st line support and customer service on a wide range of technical issues on a busy service desk.
Your new role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be required to provide excellent customer service and answer a variety of basic technical queries across various channels, which could include, telephone, email, instant chat, in person and via remote support tools. You will be required to record all customer enquiries and requests, following predefined processes, troubleshooting problems using technical knowledge, accurately documenting actions and recording solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic 1st line IT skills across Microsoft technology including Office
- Any IT Certifications would be desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn new skills
