Your new role
As a Service Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing service calls, allocating work to engineers and service partners, and handling customer queries. You’ll also process documentation, raise invoices and credits, and maintain service systems and customer portals. The role combines administrative precision with responsive customer service.

- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Strong IT and keyboard proficiency
- Ability to stay organised and self-motivated in a busy team environment
- Experience with office software packages
- Product/component knowledge is a bonus
