Service Coordinator – Façade Access

Job salary : £32,000 - £35,000

A leading façade access service provider is seeking a proactive and commercially astute Service Coordinator to join their UK operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client engagement, technical coordination, and driving service excellence across a diverse portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings (virtual and face-to-face). Ensure contracts are renewed and KPIs met.
  • Asset Oversight: Coordinate planned maintenance and reactive repairs to minimise downtime and maximise asset performance.
  • Lifecycle Support: Identify opportunities for modernisation and retrofit, supporting sales teams with client introductions.
  • CRM & Administration: Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation, permits, and quotes are delivered “Right First Time.”
  • Technical Liaison: Provide high-level guidance to clients and collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers.
  • Commercial Tracking: Monitor margins and project outcomes, feeding insights back to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
