Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in service charge management and financial modelling? A large public sector organisation is seeking an interim Service Charge Manager to lead a critical project focused on redesigning the service charge model for council-owned homes.
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in reviewing and reshaping the current service charge framework to ensure it is fair, transparent, and sustainable. This is a high-impact assignment that will involve:
- Assessing the existing service charge structure.
- Designing and implementing a new model aligned with regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver a robust and efficient solution.
About You
- Proven experience in service charge management within the housing or property sectors.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive change.
- Knowledge of public sector housing regulations is highly desirable.
