Above all, you will take ownership of all financial processes relating to the commercial properties under remit, with a strong emphasis on service charge financial management and client specific reporting, anticipating and being proactive in your liaison.

What you'll need to succeed
You will already have a current track record in management accounts with a strong background in double entry bookkeeping, reconciliation and reporting. Whilst property/estate management accounting experience would be ideal, this is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate a professional and customer focused approach, being proactive in anticipating any anomalies in the data or cost variances and reporting back to customers will be an essential part of the role. Being a team player, with strong analytical skills/attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are the key attributes to your success in this position.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options are available on a hybrid basis. If you require study support, this is available after your probation period, along with 25 holidays, discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare and an excellent working environment.
