Your new role
As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of serious injury files with minimal supervision
• Assisting senior team members on higher-value claims
• Working closely with clients, medical experts, counsel, and rehabilitation specialists
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to experts
• Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues where appropriate
• Contributing to ongoing business development and team growth
• Ensuring the highest standards of client care throughout each stage of the litigation process

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX (essential)
• Proven background in multi-track personal injury and/or serious injury claims
• Strong technical ability and excellent litigation skills
• Exceptional communication and client‑care skills
• The ability to work proactively as part of a collaborative team
• A genuine passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
