As we start to think about the new academic year, I am recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of local primary schools in Northfield, Longbridge, Kings Norton & Weoley, B31 and surrounding areas.
Whether you’re returning to education after the summer or looking to start a new role in September, this is the perfect opportunity to make a positive difference from the very start of the school year.
Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working in primary school settings, supporting pupils in the classroom and on a one‑to‑one basis. You will help deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support, particularly for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This is a flexible supply role, with both full‑time and part‑time opportunities available to suit your availability throughout the new academic year.
What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Knowledge or experience of working with SEN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environments
