Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices.
- Lead and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns across technical and corporate functions.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring plans with organisational goals.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire metrics.
- Mentor and support recruitment teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring in a global environment.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and scaling teams quickly.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring projects.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
