A regional Main Contractor with a large-scale commercial refurbishment project in Skipton, West Yorkshire (BD20) is looking for a Senior Site Manager to work alongside the Project manager on a complex refurbishment project in a live environment.

Your new role

Your new role as a senior site manager will be managing an ever-changing project programme depending on the needs of the client, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring minimal disruption during the work.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need vast experience in commercial refurbishments and can demonstrate projects completed in a live environment. You will be from a main contractor background, and it would be advantageous if this was from a tier 1 contractor. You will hold relevant tickets and certs such as SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

There is the opportunity for the temporary role to turn into something more permanent for the right individual. The role pays a competitive daily rate and this will be paid weekly.
