Your new role

Role Summary: Search Specialist at Equator
You’ll lead the development and execution of high-performing search strategies for clients, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed expectations. As a subject-matter expert in Search, you’ll also support team development, contribute to new business opportunities, and collaborate across departments to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage search campaigns across various industries.
  • Set and deliver on performance targets and forecasts.
  • Conduct audits and develop innovative strategies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
  • Report on campaign performance and share insights.
  • Support client services and business development efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in Search (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Understanding of broader digital marketing channels.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
