Your new role
- Become a team supervisor and be responsible for mentoring other members of the team and covering when management is away.
- Focus on acquiring new customers through a multichannel sales strategy.
- Contribute to the growth of the customer base and overall business performance.
- Engage in outbound sales activity across phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to secure new business.
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Show initiative and adaptability in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Always uphold a professional and customer-focused approach.
