Are you an experienced Real Estate/Commercial Property paralegal with a passion for commercial real estate work? I am recruiting on behalf of a global legal business based in Leeds to find a highly motivated Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join a busy team which works closely with counterparts in London on a wide variety of real estate matters.
About the Role:
As a Senior Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our solicitors on a broad range of commercial property matters. You’ll be involved in high-value transactions, licences to assign, licences to sublet and alter, leases etc, SDLT/LTT returns, sale and purchases, Land Registry applications and due diligence including Reports on Title etc.
Of particular interest to my client will be candidates who are currently working as paralegals within commercial property already and looking for an opportunity that can offer realistic opportunities for further progression into more senior roles. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to delegate work to more junior members of the team and would be a perfect fit for candidates looking to gain elements of supervisory experience. Candidates looking to apply for this role should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial real estate law (this role is not open to candidates who have worked as paralegals in other practice areas).
My client is prepared to offer a salary in the region of approximately £35,000 per annum (the exact figure offered to the successful candidate will be subject to the level of experience and expertise that they can bring to the role).
