Senior Quantity Surveyor - Immediate Start - Freelance - Hybrid - Swindon

Your new role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage the commercial aspects of major capital projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Procurement and subcontractor management through to final account

  • Producing CVRs, AFPs, and cost forecasts

  • Monitoring site resources (staff, materials, plant)

  • Administering bespoke contracts incorporating NEC and I Chem E principles

  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure compliance and delivery


What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience
Strong commercial awareness and proven success in construction/infrastructure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CEMAR preferred
Background in utilities or civils sector desirable
