Your new role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of the commercial delivery of multiple projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a key member of the project team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading cost planning, estimating and commercial management
  • Managing procurement and contract administration

  • Advising clients on risk, value engineering and commercial decisions
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

  • A competitive salary and benefits package (48k to 60k)
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing consultancy
  • Flexible working and a healthy work–life balance
