As part of their continued investment in their Property Litigation team, they are now seeking a talented Senior or Managing Associate to join their highly regarded practice, based in Bristol, Southampton, or Exeter.

You’ll join a future-focused, ambitious team aiming to become one of the UK’s leading regional Property Litigation practices. In this role, you’ll lead on complex matters, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate across the region to share expertise. You’ll handle a broad range of property disputes for private clients, corporates, retailers, developers, and investors, while building strong, lasting client relationships.

You will be an experienced property litigation lawyer with specialist expertise across a range of contentious property matters. Experience should include disputes concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts, as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of lease covenants.
