Senior Project QS for site position in Perthshire

Senior Project Surveyor – Highways (Civils Contractor)
Location: Perth
Salary: £65-75,000 plus car/allowance
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Join a leading civil engineering contractor with a proven track record in delivering major infrastructure projects in the Perth area. Our client is a highly successful and well-established Civils contractor, currently expanding their commercial team due to continued growth in the highways sector. They are now seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of high-value highways schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of the highways project – Reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Manage a team consisting of 2 section QSs / 2 Junior Surveyors and 2 Site Clerks
- Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, and forecasts
- Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management.
- Ensure accurate reporting of project financial performance.
- Identify and manage risks, variations, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
