You will work as a Senior Project Manager and work on a diverse mix of projects across commercial, residential, education and defence schemes, taking the lead on delivery while building strong, long‑term client relationships. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to shape the success of major projects.
- Leading end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple sectors
- Managing programmes, budgets, risk and stakeholder communication
- Overseeing design teams and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
- Preparing and presenting project reports to clients
- Supporting business development and contributing to bids
- Mentoring junior team members and helping drive team growth
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment
- Strong project delivery background across construction or property
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and autonomy
- Professional qualification (RICS, APM, CIOB) preferred but not essential
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
